마룬 5  1집 - 1번 트랙

마룬 5는 현재 미국뿐만 아니라 우리나라를 비롯한 전 세계에서 가장 인기 있는 밴드입니다. 정말 많은 히트곡이 있지만 개인적으로 1집의 1번 트랙인 Harder to breathe를 최고의 곡이라고 생각합니다. 많은 팬들이 마룬 5가 가장 록밴드다웠다고 생각하는 곡입니다. 강렬한 밴드 사운드를 들어보시길 바랍니다.

 

저평가된 숨은 명곡

이 노래에 대해서 꽤 많은 해외 팬들이 'under rated'라는 표현을 씁니다. 발매 당시 미국에서는 비교적 흥행했지만 글로벌 히트를 친 다른 곡들에 비해서는 덜 알려진 노래가 아닐까 합니다. 한국에서도 마룬 5 하면 Sugar, Moves like jagger, Payphone 등을 먼저 떠올리는 분들이 많을 것이라 생각합니다.

미국의 프로미식축구 파이널이라고 할 수 있는 슈퍼볼은 매년 엄청난 인구가 시청하며 항상 스포츠계의 관심을 받습니다. 그래서 슈퍼볼의 하프타임 공연은 세계적인 스타들만 할 수 있는 엄청난 무대라고 할 수 있습니다. 2019년 슈퍼볼 하프타임 공연을 마룬 5가 하였고 오프닝으로 선택한 곡이 Harder to breathe입니다. (무대 평가는 상당히 안 좋았습니다.)
